How do I process a return?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Even so, there may be instances where we are able to process a return (i.e. missing items, damaged items, etc.). If you have received a shipment from us and you are missing items, items are damages or an item is not working properly, you may request a refund.
Refunds must be processed from your account in the shopping cart. If you are unable to find the returns area of the shopping cart, please submit a support ticket.
